SO 9  Two Dollar note, The Liberty Bank, Providence, Rhode Island.  Intaglio print issued for the International Paper Money Convention of the Society of Paper Money Collectors, Inc., Memphis, Tennessee, June 15-27, 1979.  Card is certified on back by Robert P. Charles as senior vice president of the American Bank Note Company.  The Souvenir Card is mint and measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
