Department of the Treasury - Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) - 1972 American Numismatic Association (ANA) Convention New Orleans, Louisiana 10-5/8" x 8-1/2" Proof Souvenir Card #B18 showcasing the Series 1896 Educational Silver Certificate Obverse, engraved by Edwin H. Blashfield entitled "Science Presenting Steam and Electricity to Commerce and Manufacture"
The original envelope is not included with this souvenir card. It will be placed in a sleeve with a backing board, secured between 2 pieces of cardboard and mailed in a polybag envelope
