Department of the Treasury - Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) - 1977 American Numismatic Association (ANA) 86th Anniversary Convention in Atlanta, Georgia 10-3/4" x 8-9/16" Proof Souvenir Card #B41 showcasing the Series 1899 Silver Certificate face. It features a portrait of Ta-to-ka-in-yna-ka, who was known as Running Antelope. Also identified as Onepapa or Oncpapa of the Sioux Indian tribe. Engraved by G.F.C. Smillie.
