Department of the Treasury - Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) - 1980 American Numismatic Association (ANA) Convention in Albuquerque, NM 10-5/8" x 8-1/2" Proof Souvenir Card #B46 showcasing the Series 1896 Educational Silver Certificate Reverse / Back, designed by Thomas F. Morris, Chief of the Engraving Division. It compliments the obverse / face printing, issued as a souvenir card in 1973 entitled "America" and features portraits of Generals Ulysses S. Grant and Philip Sheridan, with a central design of a goddess head with outstretched wings.
The original envelope is not included with this souvenir card. It will be placed in a sleeve with a backing board, secured between 2 pieces of cardboard and mailed in a polybag envelope
