Features a reproduction of a block of 4 Scott #E4 Special Delivery stamps.  "The basic design of this stamp had been used for the three earlier issues of special delivery stamps produced by private industry prior to the Bureau's production of postage stamps beginning in 1894." Card is mint and measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".
