Intaglio print of block of four stamps originally "issued in 1898 to commemorate the Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition in Omaha ... intended to advance 'the progress and development of the resources of the great area that lay west of the Mississippi River."  This card has a show date cancellation of #2890 Old Glory G, Visitors Center, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, DC, November 3, 1995. Card measures 10" x 8" unfolded and 8" x 5" folded (to fit printed envelope - included, see scan #3).
