    Bureau of Engraving and Printing Souvenir Card, B202, The American Dollar -  American Stamp Dealers Association - ASDA, November 1995, New York, NY. Intaglio print of block of four stamps originally "issued in 1898 to commemorate the Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition in Omaha ... intended to advance 'the progress and development of the resources of the great area that lay west of the Mississippi River."  Card is mint and measures 10" x 8" unfolded and 8" x 5" folded (to fit printed envelope - included, see scan #3).
