Card has show date cancellation, June 18, 1982, Visitors Center, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. of Scott #1894 20c Flag Over Supreme Court.  "'Brown Backs'... were placed in circulation from 1882 until 1908. Bank charter numbers were printed in green ink on the backs within the geometric design. National Bank titles and state locations were printed on the face of each note in various forms and types" Card measures 10" x 8".
