All new parts (exceptions are listed below) carry a no questions asked  return policy for thirty days.  This means if you have a problem with the product, you have thirty days to return it regardless of the problem!  You must call, email, or fax us for a return authorization number.  All returns without this number will be refused.  All nondefective, returned parts may be subject to a restock charge and S&H will not be refunded. If an item was listed w/free S&H actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund. Electrical parts and used parts are sold as-is and arenot returnable. Defective parts and mis-ships will be replaced at our cost.
