Request must include part number, invoice number, and description of concerns. The issuance of an RA Number does NOT guarantee credit will be issued. All returns must be shipped Pre-Paid Freight, freight collect shipments will be refused. Any return without proper RA number displayed on packaging will be refused at shipper’s expense. NON-Defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion. Requested within 7 days of receipt.
