Horned Experimental Western Electric Triode Mesh Grid With Interlaced Filament

Here you are bidding on a scarce, unbased, Experimental Western Electric Triode Vacuum Tube With WE Lab Serial 65102.  The filament does not indicate continuity.
A "horned" envelope has the grid and anode exiting the top of the glass.  Filament leads are the two active leads out the bottom.
Internal construction is unusual and excellent!  Press is marked "41708" and "115".  The anode is a rectangular box plate while the grid is a 7 x 4 mesh structure with an interlaced filament.  I have only seen this interlaced type filament on one or two other early WE tubes!  I have tried to give you a view with the photos...  The WE Lab marking on the glass is clean and sharp.

If you collect Western Electric vacuum tubes, this is a must for you!  It is quite extraordinary!
