Lalique MASQUE DE FEMME Ltd. Ed. Crystal Perfume Bottle, Frosted Masque

This listing is for a beautiful Lalique crystal limited edition perfume bottle from the MASQUE DE FEMME collection. The bottle is decorated with the frosted Masque de Femme on the front and back and is signed with the Lalique, France signature on one side and the limited edition number D796 on the opposite side. The black braided cord that is wrapped around the neck of the bottle can be removed and worn as a necklace which is decorated with a small crystal masque attached to a black lucite block etched "Lalique" on the back. The masque on the front and back of the bottle is frosted and stands in relief from the clear crystal of the bottle. The stopper is a solid crystal block that coordinates with the shape of the bottle itself. The bottle contains the original perfume although it is not full and we can't guarantee the purity of the scent. We believe this bottle to be Lalique style L21100 which originally contained 25 ml or 0.9 fl. oz. parfum (perfume).
The original "Masque de Femme" woman's masque is an original design created by Rene Lalique in 1935. This beautiful bottle comes in a gorgeous polished black lucite (?) box with lipstick red trim that is stamped "Le Parfum LALIQUE Le Parfum" on panels around the center on the front and both sides (not on back).
Bottle measures 3 1/8" high (with stopper inserted), 1 3/4" high (to top edge of bottle) and 1 3/4" square (measured at top and bottom of bottle - not including the extra depth of the masque panel). The box measures 4" high and 4" square. Combined weight is 1.9 pounds.
This gorgeous bottle is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. The box is also in excellent condition although it may show some faint signs of wear. The perfume is original to the bottle, however, we can't guarantee the purity of the scent. Stopper is tight and may be slightly difficult to open.
Please note that we try and secure bottles to prevent any leakage in shipping but the bottle is not full to the brim with perfume. We do not refund if you are unhappy with the fragrance of the perfume. We are selling this as a collectible perfume bottle as this bottle is attractive enough to belong in any perfume bottle or Lalique glass collection.
