The ZUMA is a stellar unit which has some awesome power to power any board with exceptionally clean power with options for power hungry pedals and expansion if needed beyond the provided 9 outputs. The items we ship are insured so please contact us immediately if you are looks to be damaged.You will need to keep all the original shipping materials; please do not throw anything away as it will void insurance claims. They will require photos of the goods and material the item was shipped in. Once we receive the damaged goods back then we can start the insurance claim process. We ship with USPS & UPS.
Return Policy
Returned items must have all the original packaging and paperwork and factory sealed items cannot be returned if opened. Items must be returned in the condition it was received in. All returns must be shipped back within the listings return policy details.
