when ordering chocolate items.  During warmer weather, my practice is to wrap chocolate carefully in reflective bubble wrap to reflect heat and also recommend that upon arrival, the product first be placed in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate.  I check the weather forecast before mailing and contact buyer if I have questions about projected extreme hot weather conditions.  Because this product is a bar with pieces of chocolate baked in, it isn't nearly as susceptible to melting as a chocolate coated product. . . . unless extremely hot!
