This is one of those "extras" that goes with the much ADORED, AND COLLECTABLE vintage "Marmalade" pattern from International China!
It has a wood base, 2 wood pegs that hold notepaper - only 8 pages of notepaper left on this, and they're a bit dark from age, but still decorative.
In VERY GOOD pre-owned condition!
